These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing our website/making a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Making a Purchase
Orders may be made on-line or please contact our sales personnel on 01782 xxx xxxx, or via email.
Our office is open Monday – Friday
Blissful Living accepts payments on-line via paypal or by direct bank transfer (please contact us for further details), orders will be dispatched once funds have cleared in our bank account. All payments must be made in UK pounds sterling.
Blissful Living aims to dispatch all items within 24 hours of placing an order – however if there should be an unanticipated delay we will notify you.
Please be aware that we do not work on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Merchandise is sent by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery (where requested and paid for) or depending upon the size and value of the parcel another provider would be used.
No Postage for overseas
Postage for most items is included in the price however there are special rates which apply for bulky items and this will be indicated against the product. If for any reason an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence or by customer providing incorrect shipping information the customer will be contacted by phone and payment will be required to re-send the item.
Out of Stock Products
Blissful Living will upon receipt of your purchase order contact you to advise you of any items which are out of stock and will keep you up to date as to the anticipated dispatch time. Should any products for any reason become unavailable we will offer a full refund or credit note to the value of the goods.
Blissful Living makes every effort to ensure that all products are free from damage/defects. If for any reason an item is damages/faulty we will offer a replacement/credit note to the full value of the merchandise.
Returns for Exchange (e.g. a different sized item(s)) are only allowed within 28 days. The item(s) will be changed once received.
If the product you have ordered is the incorrect size for your pet we will endeavour to exchange once the item is returned in original condition. We are unable to refund postage costs once the item has been sent to you due to size requirements.

To initiate a return please call our offices on 01782 xxx xxxx with your Order Number and item details to inform us of any damage, faults, shortages within 7 days of delivery.
There may be times when we do have to admit that we have unintentionally published incorrect information on our website (e.g. price, colour, description, availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s), even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, you will of course receive a full refund of all charges paid.
