T’ai Chi

It is generally considered to be martial arts form, however there is lots more that can be learned about this fascinating system. T’ai Chi can be practiced to help support our overall health, its popularity is growing year on year. The style I teach is Chen Man Ching.

Where to start?

To gain a little bit of a flavour of T’ai Chi you can:

  • Attend a short series of workshops held throughout Newcastle, Stoke-on-Trent and other areas
  • The workshops will consist of an introduction to the style and form, meditation techniques and discussion of progress.
