Tai Chi/Chi Kung & Meditation (Awareness Session)

About the Workshop

Tai Chi/Chi kung is a set of eighteen movements which can be performed sitting or standing.

The Shibashi Qigong movements focus on health and well-being by promoting the flow of qi through the meridians. The movements are repetitive and can therefore stand on their own or combined with the full set which flow gently from one to another helping to achieve inner calmness and well-being when practiced regularly.

The exercise is gentle, easy to learn and can be performed whatever your age and where required can be adapted for those who are less mobile.
